The influence of competence and work motivation on innovativeness and their impact on performance of mathematics teachers at technical senior school in Central Java
ABSTRACT:
This study aims to provide empirical evidencec from analyzing the effect of competence, motivation and innovativeness of the performancec of mathematics teachers at Vocational Senior High School (VSHS) in the Central Java province. Quantitative research methods were used. Proportional random sampling was used to obtain a sample of 200 mathematics teachers at VSHSin Central Java and measure the effect of teacher competence, motivation, and innovativeness on teacher performancec, both directly and jointly using AMOS software LISREL 20. The result show that the variables of competence, motivation, and innovativeness have a positive and significant relationship between the variables of competence and motivation and the variable of innovativeness.
