Abstract/Notes
Hendra Widiatmoko, 50134876 N, "Analyzing the Delay of Unloading Crude
Palm Oil At MT. Au Virgo". Thesis, Department of Nautika, Semarang

The transportation of goods from the port of loading to the loading port
can be on time in accordance with the expected schedule, so the preparation and
handling of cargo must be considered so as not to delay the loading of crude palm
oil. What needs to be considered is that there is no delay in unloading crude palm
oil by avoiding and minimizing the factors that cause delays in dismantling crude
palm oil.
Based on the experience during the practice of running in MT Au Virgo,
there were many obstacles to the unloading of crude palm oil in MT Au Virgo
which caused delays in loading and unloading activities caused by the boiler as a
load heating device, so the authors were interested in conducting an analysis
analysis of the factors causing delays in loading and unloading. crude palm oil is a
method of fishbone analysis and fault tree analysis as a problem solving strategy.
The use of fishbone analysis method to map the factors of delays in
unloading crude palm oil is divided into 4 parts, namely machines, methods,
materials and humans. After being divided into 4 parts, the efforts are sought with
the Fault Tree Analysis method. Suggestions should be made to avoid delays in
unloading crude palm oil by keeping the temperature well so that the load is not
easily frozen.
