High Speed Diesel (HSD) and Kerosene is a liquid fuel that is needed for the day.
Based on this research, the process of loading and discharging on the vessel MT.
Sepinggan /P.3008. Has experienced several obstacles both of the factors used
pumps were damaged or measurement tools were still less standards. The purpose
of this study was to find out how the procedure was carried on loading and
discharging and identifying the cause of MT. Sepinggan /P.3008 as planned.
This study used a descriptive qualitative method with by describe in detail on
implementation of the loading and discharging of High Speed Diesel (HSD) and
Kerosene constraints that occur on the vessel MT. Sepinggan /P.3008 and explain
the efforts made to overcome these constraints.
The process of loading and discharging which is not in accordance with the
procedures, lack of communication and coordination during the loading and
discharging process, the lack of checks and maintenance of loading and
discharging in accordance with procedures, improve the coordination between
the crew of the ship with the parties concerned as well as perform routine
maintenance of the vessel means of loading and discharging and other supporting
equipment. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and took the
documentation directly in the form of data loading and discharging, photos and
videos related to the loading and discharging process on the vessel MT.
Sepinggan /P.3008.
The process of loading and discharging High Speed Diesel (HSD) and
Kerosene can be carried out smoothly, when the loading and discharging process
carried out in accordance with existing procedures and is supported by the
loading and discharging equipment in good condition and equipment that meet
the standards.
