Population in district of Jepara the beginning as carftsmen furniture and
woodworking switch to a buyer of goods, so volume of goods increasingly
reduced as well as lack of human resources thus making productivity reduced
also.
In this research, the researcher uses qualitative descriptive research
method because is has the purpose of revealing facts, circumstances, phenomena,
variables and circumstances that occur when the study runs and provide data as it
is so that in this study get the actual research result. Data collection was done by
interview, observation, documentation and literatur. Data analysis technique in
this thesis using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing
coclusions.
The result showed potential export trade furniture and woodworking in
economic growth in kabupaten jepara in case study in CV. Kalingga Putra Jepara
that is a factor that support the potential and it infrastructure,export trade
furniture and woodworking from CV. Kalingga Putra Jepara increased that quite
significant, obstacles faced in export trade increasingly difficult raw materialsand
get policy rules government which often changes.
The conclusions of the script of potential export trade it can be seen that
human resources very influential in improving economic growth.
