The injector is a tool that serves as a spray of fuel in the form of mist into
the right moment is at the end of the compression stroke. The principle of fuel
carburetion is pressed in liquid form with high pressure and through a very small
hole in the nozzle. The better carburetion it will be the perfect combustion.
Given the importance of the performance of the injector that affect the
performance of the diesel engine injector are required to work optimally in
spraying fuel into the cylinder. In this case I use the method of fishbone analysis
to identify the problems that can result injector performance is not optimally.
From this analysis produced some of the factors affecting the performance
of the injector to the combustion process in the main engine. These factors are the
quality and condition of fuel, spare parts used and the condition of injector used.
Efforts to do that is to maintain the condition and quality of fuels, the use of
original spare parts and avoid the use of spare parts reconditioning results and
check the condition of the injector by taking diagram indicator on the main engine
regularly.
