The function of a refrigerator machine is to preserve foodstuffs in a temperature-guarded manner according to the nature of the ingredients stored so that the foodstuff is always in fresh condition. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors causing less optimal condensation process in the refrigerator, the impact if the condensation process if not perfect, and efforts to overcome the factors causing less optimal condensation process in the refrigerator.
The research method that writer use in the preparation of this study is descriptive qualitatife research method and writer use SWOT method as data analysis technique. By identifying strength (strenghts), weakness (weaknesses), opportunities (opportunities), and threats (threats) from environment systematically to formulate strategies to be taken.
Based on the results of research that has been done the author, the cause of less optimal condensation process in the refrigerator is dirt on condenser pipes, condenser pipe leakage, salt crystallization occurs in sea water, and the end of zinc diode. Efforts to overcome the cause of less optimal condensation process in the refrigerator is to cooperate with third parties to facilitate the procurement of refrigerator spare parts gandrum machine in the form of financing and distribution and working agreement with tenants or ship operators for the provision of maintenance and repair of shipboard machinery that are urgent and should be fixed immediately.
