Work Accident is an unpredictable event, unwanted and unexpected events, resulting in injury, illness, harm to human beings, goods and the environment at PT. Hafar Daya Construction there are sub sea pipeline installation activities. Of these activities have high potential for crew work accident. The purpose of this research is to reduce the risk of crew work accident on the implementation of sub sea pipeline installation work, know the cause of work accidents and efforts made PT. Power Hafar Kostruksi in reducing crew work accident.
In this research method used is a qualitative research method that regulates a research method using several aspects such as data collection through literature study, interview and documentation.
From the results of the research can be known factors that cause crew work accident, including human resources factors, work environment factors, and equipment factors. Based on research results should PT. Hafar Daya Konstrukai make efforts to reduce occupational accidents by providing safety meeting before carrying out the work, providing safety health training and crew are required to have a certificate such as BOSIET and other supporting certificates, giving strict sanctions for crew members who do not comply with health and safety procedures
