For smooth of operation of diesel engine,auxiliary engine suport is necessary.Which in diesel engine and auxiliary engine,fuel is used as main power resource.That’s why fuel’s condition need to be kept clean so in its use does not affect the performance of those machines.To avoid distrubance in machine’s performance,a clean-up system in fuel is created and Purifier can help the smoothness in the machines which using fuel.The purpose of Purifier is to separate the fuel from water and dirt before it is used in the furnace of those machines. Methods used by research to handle this problem is quality method,quantity with data analitic Urgency,Seriousness,Growth (USG) for deciding the priority damage problem FO Purifier. The most dominant subject matter for further discussion is the pilot valve does not work well, it can be known from the analysis and identification when doing over houl Purifier found damage to the pilot valve Research result indicating that steps taken by prepare,planing,coordination,execution and evaluation when pilot valve is damaged in FO Purifier in vessel MV.Energy Midas. From research result,we can conclude that to reach maximum of performance of purifier engine,we need to maintanance and the operataion have must be same with instruction manual book which made by the manufacturer of the engine.Beside that,we have to record all of the things we do to Purifier,so we can monitor the gears/components form the Purifier which often broken and how to solve it so that Purifier can perform optimally.
