Armada Segara with Methods (USG) Urgency, Seriousness, Growth. Diploma IV, Teknika, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Supervisor I: Drs. Darjono, M. Eng. and Supervisor II: Capt. Moh Aziz Rohman, MM, M. Mar.
The purpose of this research is to find out the cause of the damage to the parent engine components due to lack of oil treatment with lubricating methods (USG) Urgency, Seriousness, and Growthat km.Segara fleet. Oil is a mixture of chemical substances lubricate elected called addictive substances i.e. substances air and acids. By using the methods of the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth to find any factors that cause damage to the components of the parent engine Oil treatment due to lack of lubricating and the efforts made in order to work on the master machine becomes optimal.
Based on the results of research conducted at Km. Armada Segara is using Urgency, Seriousness, Growth factors produce the filter is dirty, the decline of the lubricate, cooling oil pressure is not optimal. These factors constitute the intermediate event which can still be traced again cause.
The results of the Research damage on the parent engine components due to lack of oil treatment by the method of lubricating Urgency, Seriousness, Growth, the complier can deduce the factors that can no longer investigated from any intermediate eventt Purifier is not working optimally, dirty filter, the decline of the Lubricating oil pressure and lubricating Oil cooleris not optimal.
