KINERJA LULUSAN OPERASI BANDAR UDARA (OBU) JURUSAN MANAJEMEN PENERBANGAN SEKOLAH TINGGI PENERBANGAN INDONESIA DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL NGURAH RAI BALI
B.IndonesiaSebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas lulusan, STPI selalu berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan dengan menerapkan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh badan Akreditasi Pendidikan Tinggi (BAN-PT) Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional (Kemendiknas), otoritas penerbangan nasional Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Kementrian Perhubungan dan organisasi penerbangan sipil internasional (ICAO), FAA, dan EASA hal ini ditandainya dengan perolehan approval education sebagai pengakuan terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan penerbangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa dengan melihat hasil pada uji statistik dengan menggunakan one sample test yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai thitung 42,928 > ttabel 1,984 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak pada taraf signifikansi ? 0,05 (5%). Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis penelitian, yaitu: kinerja lulusan Operasi Bandar Udara (OBU) Jurusan Manajemen Penerbangan STPI lebih tinggi dari lulusan non Operasi Bandar Udara (OBU) di Bandar Udara Internasional Ngurah Rai Bali diterima pada taraf signifikansi ? = 0,05 (5%).B.EnglishAs an effort to improve the quality of graduates, STPI always seeks to improve services to educational needs by implementing procedures established by the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT), Ministry of National Education, the national aviation authority of the Directorate General of Transportation, the Ministry of Transportation and aviation organizations international civil service (ICAO), FAA, and EASA. It is marked by the acquisition of approval education in recognition of the education implementation and flight training. Based on the research results by looking at the statistical tests using one sample test has been obtained; the value of tcount 42.928 > ttable1.984 and Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected at the significance level of ? 0.05 (5%). This means that the research hypothesis such as; the performance of Airport Operations graduates at Flight Management Department of STPI is higher than non-Airport Operations graduates at Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport accepted at the significance level of ? = 0.05 (5%).
