This publication reproduces the texts of the 1988 and 2005 Treaties, theire consolidated versions and the Final Acts of the 1988 and 2005 Conferences. Paragraph 23 of the final act of the 1988 Conference contains a statement on article 4.1 of the convention. Paragraph 20 of the final act of the Conference of 2005 contains a statement on article 3bis1(b)(iv) of the protocol to the 2005 Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts againts the safety Navigation.
